Richmond vs. North Melbourne Predictions

Best Bet

Richmond +9.5 @ $1.90

Boasting three wins compared to North Melbourne’s one win is Richmond, and we’re surprised by the AFL odds for this game.

We made the Tigers favourites to win after scoring an 81-79 win over West Coast, and although the opposition was terrible, they have shown an ability to beat tough teams in 2025.

North Melbourne scored a draw against Brisbane, which was an excellent effort, but since when have the Kangaroos been a good bet at $1.55? They’re not a good bet, and consistency has never been their strength.

Getting +9.5 points for Richmond is too good to overlook, and the $2.46 to win outright is a solid value bet as well.

Same Game Multi

Richmond +9.5, Tom J. Lynch 2+ Goals, Cameron Zurhaar 2+ Goals, Total Match Points Over 172.5 @ $7.00

It’s typically a high-scoring game between Richmond and North Melbourne with 167 points last year and 173 points in 2023. We think their offences have improved slightly since then, so we’re confident in including over 172.5 points in our same game multi.

Our goal scorers are Tom J. Lynch and Cameron Zurhaar. Lynch has been a dependable bet with seven goals from his last four games, and he comes off a two-goal performance against West Coast, and he should get many opportunities against North Melbourne.

Zurhaar has two goals in each of his last three games, so we’re not surprised by the $1.53 odds. He’s a form player, and one of the main scoring threats for the Kangaroos. They need him to fire to stick with the talented Tigers forwards.

Best Value Bet

Richmond Wire-to-Wire @ $4.30

There isn’t much between these teams, and we don’t agree with the Richmond vs. North Melbourne odds. We would have made Richmond $1.80 favourites to win, so we’re taking the value for a wire-to-wire win.

They are good enough to hit the ground running and put the Kangaroos away early, and if they start well in the opening quarter, they could hold on for their fourth season win.

The $4.30 odds make this a worthwhile bet to include in your AFL Round 10 picks.
