St Kilda vs. Gold Coast Predictions
—
Best Bet
One of the better lines of Round 11 is Gold Coast –12.5. After beating Hawthorn and Western Bulldogs, they’re one of the hottest teams in the AFL, and now they face the struggling Saints.
St Kilda lost to West Coast last week. Let that sink in for a bit. That was a terrible effort, and it followed a dour performance against Carlton, so we’re struggling to find positives for St Kilda. It started the year well, but it has since packed it in.
Gold Coast is a title contender with a 7-2 record. Beating Hawthorn at home was a big performance, and although their recent record on the road against St Kilda isn’t good, the 2025 SUNS are a different team.

Same Game Multi
The current points total of 171.5 seems a touch too high considering they combined for 99 points in 2024 and 128 points in 2023. We’re happy to take the under, and although Gold Coast’s offence has improved, St Kilda could struggle to keep up.
We’re backing two prominent goal scorers for Gold Coast in Ben King and Ben Long. The Ben’s have been firing on all cylinders, and with King scoring 12 goals from his last five games, we’re backing him to score 3+ goals at nice odds.
Long is also a great chance to score multiple goals, and punters get value odds for the 2+ line. He has 12 goals from his last five, including a four-goal performance against Hawthorn last week.

Best Value Bet
Sam Clohesy isn’t the player you think of when it comes to kicking goals for Gold Coast, but he kicked a goal in each of his last two games.
The 22-year-old wing is making a name for himself in the AFL after being drafted at No.4 last year, and he would love to add his name to the scorers’ list on Sunday.
The $3.25 odds are generous, and he’s our best value bet.
