The Meadows greyhound tips

Race 2. (19:02) KCR Pet Transport (525m)
#4 – Bronelly Striker
Bronelly Striker has looked good at his last two starts, winning impressively and in good times.
The one-year-old son of Fernando Bale will need luck from a middle draw, but he has the early pace to kick through to lead.
We expect him to be fighting out the finish.
Race 4. (19:37) City View Bistro (730m)
#5 – Zulu Blast
Zulu Blast has looked excellent since rising in distance, including a win at Sandown Park last time out.
That came by a massive 15-length margin, so rising slightly in distance to 730m only strengthens his chances.
We expect plenty of money to come for him on race day.
Race 6. (20:20) Westlink Container Series (600m)
#1 – Cain Bale
Cain Bale has made an impressive start to his career, including eight wins and five placings from 17 starts.
He has won three on the bounce at The Meadows and Sandown, so the form checks out beautifully for this contest.
It’s a tough field, but he could be the best of them.
Race 9. (21:24) Houdini Boy @ Stud (525m)
#2 – Canya Jackal
Canya Jackal meets a tough field here but the two-year-old could jump and run.
The two-year-old owns a win and a placing from two starts at The Meadows, so he runs well on this track.
Trap two appeals, and punters could get each-way odds on race night.

Race 2. (18:06) Sportsbet Green Ticks (425m)
#2 – Frankly Fever
Frankly Fever has more experience than most in this field, which could pay off.
The one-year-old son of Feral Franky owns two placings from six starts overall, and getting an inside draw is ideal.
He doesn’t need to improve much to beat this field.
Race 5. (18:58) Avard Civil (425m)
#6 – Lala Speed
Punters should get value odds for Lala Speed, who is taking his time to get back to winning form.
The two-year-old hasn’t been firing on all cylinders, so we’re backing her on trust, but he only needs a touch of luck.
He could press around the outside and pay a handsome price.
Race 8. (19:58) Hanrahan Plumbing (425m)
#1 – Ragin’ Ablett
Ragin’ Ablett should enjoy being on the inside and it could see his best form return.
The two-year-old owns five wins and eight placings from 29 starts, so he’s never too far away from the prize.
Look for each-way odds on race night.
Race 9. (20:05) Gray’s Bendigo (500m)
#7 – Need a Pilot
Need a Pilot comes off a much-needed win, and he’s good enough to win again.
The two-year-old might have taken 12 starts to break through, but he showed good consistency prior to that.
We expect him to be fighting out the finish again.
