Race 2. (19:10) Sportsbet Final (515m)
#4 – Black Silencer
Black Silencer has been excellent throughout his career, including three consecutive wins.
The two-year-old owns six wins and three placings from 13 starts, including two wins at the track and distance.
His best time is easily good enough to win this race.
Race 5. (20:10) Thanks Yvie (515m)
#2 – In the Hub
In the Hub is a professional winner of seven from 14 starts, including two wins at the track and distance.
There is plenty to like about that form, including his last start win, and we expect him to be flying at the finish.
He only needs to cross the inside dog to win.
Race 6. (20:28) Australian Sprint (515m)
#8 – Elite Alex @ $2.90
Elite Alex didn’t fire last time out at Sandown Park, but his form prior was excellent with consecutive wins.
The two-year-old son of Fernando Bale owns 19 wins and 12 placings from 44 starts, including six wins at the track and distance.
Getting the outside trap helps his cause.
Race 7. (21:10) Maidment Memorial (595m)
#1 – Ailee Bale @ $4.20
Ailee Bale is a professional type who hasn’t been running her best. However, that could change here.
The three-year-old daughter of Allen Deed is a 16-time winner overall, and getting the inside trap could see her form return.
Punters get each-way odds to snap up.

Race 2. (19:25) Sky Racing Maiden (530m)
#8 – One Decision
One Decision has more experience than most in this field, and he could score an overdue win.
The two-year-old comes off five consecutive placings, and there doesn’t appear to be many quality types in this field.
Drawing the widest trap adds to his appeal.
Race 5. (20:25) Tab Stakes (530m)
#4 – Harry
Harry looked good when winning three consecutive races earlier this preparation, and something similar to those runs would be good enough.
The three-year-old son of Zambora Brockie goes well at the track and distance with 18 starts for four wins and eight placings.
We expect him to be fighting out the finish.
Race 8. (21:25) AGRC (530m)
#5 – Special Herbs
Special Herbs is a model of consistency with 11 starts for four wins and six placings.
The two-year-old son of Keybow has yet to finish worse than third in five attempts at the track and distance.
He only needs a touch of luck from a middle draw.
Race 10. (22:03) Greyhounds as Pets (530m)
#1 – Universal Value
Universal Value is a 22-time winner at lower levels, but he’s good enough to win this race.
The three-year-old son of Fernando Bale won earlier this preparation and he comes off a third placing at Gawler.
Punters should get excellent each-way value.
