#1 – Colonel
Colonel looked good when winning earlier this preparation, and he’s good enough to win at Sha Tin.
The seven-year-old is a five-time winner overall, and getting 3kg off his back helps with the big weight.
We’re happy to include him in selections.

#5 – Super Infinity
Super Infinity is on debut for Mark Newnham after looking good at the trials.
The three-year-old son of Star Witness gets the services of Zac Purton, which adds to his appeal.
We expect money to come for him on race day, so put him on top.
Race 3. (15:45) Racing Heritage Handicap (1400m)
#4 – Atullbigeal
The David Hall-trained gelding has been right around the mark this preparation, including a win four back at Sha Tin.
He is a four-time winner at Sha Tin, so he loves the track, and it’s another good ride for Purton.
It’s a tricky field, but we expect most of the money to come for him on race day.
Race 4. (16:15) The Racing Club Handicap (1200m)
#1 – Lucy in the Sky
Lucy in the Sky looks for consecutive wins after scoring at Sha Tin by 1.5 lengths last time out.
The three-year-old son of No Nay Never has raced at shortening odds in every start, so punters are likely to get short odds.
He’s good enough to win again on Sunday.
Race 5. (17:10) The Hilltop in the Valley Handicap (1800m)
#2 – Romantic Fantasy
Romantic Fantasy wasn’t far away when second last time out, and he’s good enough to figure in the finish.
The four-year-old son of Fascinating Rock owns a win and two placings from six starts, so he has been right around the mark.
Punters should get each-way odds from bookmakers.
Race 6. (17:40) Sha Tin Clubhouse Handicap (1400m)
#6 – Meepmeep
Meepmeep ran second on debut at Sha Tin before finishing seventh, but he can turn that form around.
The four-year-old son of Not a Single Doubt gets Purton in the saddle for the third consecutive run, which is a good sign.
We expect him to be fighting out the finish.
Race 7. (18:10) The Members Cup (1600m)
#8 – Voyage Samurai
Voyage Samurai owns two wins and two second placings from four starts, so there’s nothing wrong with his form.
The four-year-old gelding by Dissident wasn’t far behind Karma last time out, and that form stacks up nicely.
Barrier 14 hurts, but he has time to find cover.
Race 8. (18:40) Beas River Country Club (1400m)
#4 – Celtic Times
Celtic Times turned his form around when winning at Sha Tin, and a repeat could be on the cards.
The five-year-old son of Dawn Approach is only a one-time winner at Sha Tin, but his confidence levels are up.
We’re happy with the each-way odds available.
Race 9. (19:15) Levade Handicap (1200m)
#5 – Super Joy N Fun
It has been fun for Super Joy N Fun, who owns two wins and a placing from three starts.
The three-year-old son of What’s the Story has yet to race at Sha Tin, but he’s clearly good enough to figure in the finish.

#2 – Kempes
Kempes makes his Hong Kong debut after winning his last two starts.
