Countyourblessings showed a good turn-of-foot when winning at Goulburn, which is excellent form here.
The three-year-old filly by I Am Invincible showed pace during her first campaign as well, including a fourth at Canterbury.
We expect her to win this race and her odds to firm.
Race 3. (15:05) Ascend Trophies Midway Maiden (1100m)
#2 – Layin’ Four @ $2.60
Layin’ Four is getting close this preparation with three second placings from four attempts.
The four-year-old mare owns six placings from 10 starts overall, so she deserves to break through soon.
We’re happy with the odds available, and we would have taken $2.20.
Race 5. (16:15) Irresistible Pools & Spas Maiden (1100m)
#10 – Oceans Quiet @ $5
Oceans Quiet is on debut for Peter and Paul Snowden after impressive at the trials.
The three-year-old filly won two trials at Moe and Rosehill, with the latest coming impressively by three lengths.
Runners from this stable usually fire up on debut.
Race 6. (16:50) Pioneer Services Provincial BM64 (1100m)
#12 – Tender Streak @ $2.70
Tender Streak has yet to do anything wrong from four starts, including a win and three placings.
The three-year-old filly by Zoustar comes off a win at Gosford by 3.5 lengths before spelling, which is excellent form.
Getting barrier three adds to her appeal.

Race 1. (13:00) Toward Reward Thoroughbreds Maiden (1215m)
#5 – Celestial Harmony @ $4.60
Celestial Harmony hasn’t been too far away in two career starts, including a third placing at Benalla last start.
The three-year-old son of Lope de Vega opened at $5, so there has been solid betting support, which is always a good sign.
We expect him to be right in the thick of the finish.
Race 3. (14:00) Organs Coaches Maiden (1474m)
#9 – Give Her a Medal @ $3.50
Give Her a Medal looks to have plenty of upside following two fourths, and the odds are worth snapping up.
The Danny O’Brien-trained three-year-old ran fourth at Pakenham and then Yarra Glen, so there is enough upside to follow her.
She only needs luck from the draw.
Race 5. (15:00) Evolve Interiors Maiden (1881m)
#1 – Galan @ $5
Galan is a consistent type who should score his maiden win soon.
The four-year-old gelding owns 10 placings from 19 starts, including four consecutive placings entering this race.
The each-way odds are well worth snapping up.
Race 7. (16:00) Carlton Draught BM64 (1115m)
#14 – Elderberry @ $4.20
Elderberry won fresh up last preparation when scoring at Moe, which is solid form for this race.
The three-year-old filly following it up with consecutive placings, so the form is good enough to see her fight out the finish.
Getting the inside draw adds to her appeal.
