NBA Conference Finals Game 2 Tips
—
We cashed with the Thunder –7.5 in Game 1, and we’re going with them to cover the same spread for Game 2.
They took over in the second half with a sublime scoring performance, and they made it hard for the Timberwolves to score. The Wolves led at halftime, but they couldn’t muster much in the second half, which doesn’t bode well for this game.
Anthony Edwards had a rolled foot issue as well, so we’re not sure if the Wolves scorer is 100% healthy for this game. They need him to be at his best, but with the Thunder fully healthy and playing with confidence, they’ll be tough to beat.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 31 points in Game 1, and we expect another big scoring performance from the newly crowned MVP. He gets to the free throw line with ease, and although he cops some criticism, it’s winning basketball.
Include Thunder –7.5 in your NBA predictions. They’re the better team in this series, and that should be evident with another easy victory.

The Knicks blew a 14-point lead with 2:30 left on the clock in Game 1 on Thursday, and they’re living up to their choking reputation.
It was an unreal finish at Madison Square Garden, but if the Knicks can’t win from that far in front with under 3 minutes left, we can’t back them with confidence, especially with Jalen Brunson making countless turnovers in the fourth and in overtime.
The crowd was left shocked, and the two-day turnaround might not be long enough for the scars to heal. Therefore, we’re taking the Pacers to cover the +5.5 spread, and it’s worth having a nibble on the $3.01 head-to-head odds.
Indiana is playing with confidence and momentum. Its shooters got hot in the fourth quarter, and Tyrese Haliburton made an incredible play to force the game to overtime. They have a self-belief that other NBA teams don’t have, and it could see them take a 2-0 lead.
We understand why NBA odds favour New York to bounce back at home, but they should already by 1-0 up. That will play on their minds, and Indiana could take the series by the scruff of the neck and take a 2-0 lead back home.
Getting a +5.5 start is too good to turn down, so include the Pacers in your NBA predictions today.
