6:00am Salford Red Devils vs Wigan Warriors @ Salford Stadium, Salford

The Salford Red Devils are riding high after breaking a 44-year drought by winning their first match in St Helens since 1980.

Salford are playing a fearless style of attacking football and looking to use the width of the field against the hard nose defensive sides and it worked over the weekend.

Wigan on the other hand thumped the Broncos in London 60 to 22 with many of their first team players rested over the weekend including Bevan French and Harry Smith.

Expect Wigan to come out strong in what should be a tough battle with points scored in the back end of the match.

6:00am Leeds Rhinos vs St Helens @ AMT Headingley, Leeds

The Saints were ahead by 14 points before Mark Percival was sent off in their match against Salford last weekend.

They were forced to play 35 minutes with 12 men and lost by four points in the dying minutes.

Leeds on the other hand had a come from behind win against a wounded Leigh Leopards side in a game that was a tale of two halves.

There are glimpses of this new Leeds spine starting to click but I think they still need some time on the park together.

1:00am Hull FC vs Leigh Leopards @ MKM Stadium, Hull

Hull showed some glimpses of what they are capable of in a tough loss to Catalans in Perpignan over the weekend but are still without some of their strike power.

Leigh on the other hand have had a disappointing start to the season and are also missing key players such as Lachlan Lam, Edwin Ipape and John Asiata.

Adrian Lam will be desperate for a win this weekend and it will be a great opportunity for his side to secure their first win of the season.

1:00am Huddersfield Giants vs Hull KR @ John Smith’s Stadium, Huddersfield

The Giants will be riding high after a 50 to 8 point thumping of Castleford over the weekend but it is hard to gauge how impressive a margin of this size is over a team that faced relegation last season.

On the other hand, Hull KR had their chances against Warrington but were unlucky to go down by two points.

Hull KR are a dry track side that like to attack, and their home field conditions have been sloppy and poor over the past few weeks to say the least.

I think they will welcome an away game this weekend with a dry pitch.

Catalans on the other hand did enough to put away Hull last weekend but they kept inviting Hull back into the match.

Catalans will win but I’m betting Cas will put up a better performance than in recent weeks.

1:00am London Broncos vs Warrington Wolves @ Cherry Red Records Stadium, London

The Broncos put up a brave performance in the first 40 minutes of their match against Wigan last weekend, but it inevitably got away from them in the second half.

They’re proving each week that they are not just in the Super League to make up the numbers but – there is no denying they lack strike power.

Warrington on the other hand seem to be building with each week and enjoyed a tight victory over Hull KR and welcomed back England skipper George Williams.

But, London have lost three out of their last four by more than 24 points.
