Sarapo has been in New South Wales recently, but he comes to Victoria for Chris Waller seeking his maiden win.

The four-year-old son of Frankel has seven placings from 12 starts, so he has been threatening to win a race for some time now.

Boss Bundle is having his second start in Australia this preparation after racing in Hong Kong, and he did well last time out.

He ran third at Sale behind La Zoom, and he was only a half-length behind the winner, so it was a good performance.

Illuminance is getting close to a win this preparation after three consecutive placings, and we’re giving her another chance.

The six-year-old mare by Headwater is much better than a two-time winner, and she has 14 placings to her name.

Gunning for back-to-back wins is Mr Sioux, who handled the heavy track at Warrnambool last start to win by a half-length.

The four-year-old son of Sioux Nation won at $1.45 odds, so punters get a better price here, and he could rise through the grades nicely.

Announced Speed looked good when winning on debut at Moe, and she could remain unbeaten here.

The Jerome Hunter-trained filly by Lean Mean Machine will need some luck from a wide draw, but she could head forward.

She’s My Ex looked good last season when posting three wins from seven starts, and she could kick things off with a win here.

The four-year-old mare by Exceedance didn’t fire in a tough race at Morphettville last start, but she is better than that.
