Caulfield Heath racing tips

Peeaitchdee looks to cap off consistent form with a win, and after posting six placings from seven starts, it’s about time he graduated from maiden racing.
The Graeme Begg-trained gelding ran second at Mornington two back before finding one better at Ballarat, and kicking off over 1500m is ideal.
It’s not a strong field, so he should run well.

Money has come for Rapid Cheval fresh up, who closed last preparation with a win at Gold Coast.
The four-year-old mare by Super Seth scored as a $1.55 favourite, so punters get much better odds this time around.
She can need a run to show her best, but she’s worth backing.

Shinjina is one of the better bets on the card. She owns a win and three placings from five starts, and she has been around some smart types.
Her second placing three back at Sandown came behind Point Barrow, who is a genuine Group 1 type, before running second behind the talented Wintery last start.
The form lines are excellent, and she should win.

Veyepee looks to have a bright future after scoring comfortably on debut at Geelong by 2.8 lengths.
There was a good market push for the three-year-old son of Russian Camelot, and he got the job done without much fuss.
This race is harder, but he should roll forward and be tough to catch.

Danny O’Brien lines up Mongolian Mission, who scored on debut at Wangaratta before adding placings at Cranbourne and Sale.
The three-year-old son of Dubious wasn’t far behind Stay Silent at Sale, which is a tidy form guide for this level of racing.
He’s fit, and getting the inside draw is ideal.

The odds for Conscience have drifted since opening at $3.60, but the three-year-old filly should give punters a good sight.
She ran third fresh up at Flemington behind Jenni the Ninja, which is a good form guide, before finishing eighth at Caulfield behind Space Rider. She was only 1.8 lengths behind in a Group 3, so it’s another strong form guide.
This is much easier, so we’re surprised by the lack of betting support.

Insain Harry keeps winning, so we’re happy to keep backing him at generous each-way odds.
The four-year-old gelding by Zousain owns three wins from four starts this campaign, including a strong win at Pakenham last start.
Barrier 15 is a worry, but he could settle midfield and sprint late.
Stake: 1 Unit
Humza Bey might have been beaten at $1.65 odds in his Australian debut, but he was needing the run.
The former New Zealander was unbeaten in two runs across the Tasman, and although those wins came on heavy surfaces, punters shouldn’t be worried.
He has ability, and fitness is now on his side.
