It has been a tough week for Arsenal, who have dropped points on the road at both Wolves and Brentford, to give Aston Villa and Manchester City hope in behind them in the title race.
All three sides have a healthy advantage to the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United in behind them, with the end of the Premier League season very much swinging into view.
Down at the bottom of the pile, Tottenham and Nottingham Forest have both acted, changing managers in the past week, as they look to pull themselves away from relegation trouble.
For the current bottom three of West Ham, Burnley and Wolves things aren’t looking too clever but they all still have enough time to turn things around.
It should be another bumper week of games and here are our top Premier League tips:

EPL Week 27 Predictions
—
Aston Villa ($1.80)
Leeds United ($4.70)
Draw ($3.70)
It has been a superb campaign thus far for Aston Villa and they will be looking to keep pace in the title race, as they host Leeds United. Mixed results have left Villa back in third place, but they know they can apply some pressure to both Arsenal and Manchester City in the coming weeks. For Leeds, this feels like a true free hit, as they look to make absolutely sure of their Premier League status and they won well in the FA Cup last time out. The pressure will be on Villa to deliver here but they should get it done in front of their home fans.
Aston Villa to win 2-1
—
Chelsea ($1.23)
Burnley ($13.00)
Draw ($7.00)
Chelsea picked up a bumper win in the FA Cup against Hull last time out and they will be eager to kick on here as they meet Burnley. The blues are very much in the mix for a top four finish this term and with the FA Cup and Champions League still in the offing, this could be a decent campaign for Liam Rosenior’s men. Burnley will still be reeling from suffering a FA Cup upset at the hands of Mansfield Town and they know they need to respond here. Chelsea start as strong favourites justifiably and they will pile the pressure on the Clarets in this one.
Chelsea to win 3-0
—
Brentford ($2.00)
Brighton ($3.75)
Draw ($3.80)
Two of the more mercurial sides in the Premier League meet here, as Brentford take on Brighton in Wes London. The Bees were good value for their point against Arsenal last time out and they are beginning to look like a side that could kick on in a European push between now and the end of the campaign. Brighton by contrast are struggling for form and are slipping towards mid-table obscurity this term, having bounced of the FA Cup too last weekend. All the momentum is with Brentford and they should prevail here.
Brentford to win 3-1
—
West Ham United ($2.40)
Bournemouth ($2.80)
Draw ($3.75)
A resurgent West Ham side will be desperate to keep pushing on with their survival bid, as they host Bournemouth at the London Olympic Stadium. The Hammers continue to fight for their Premier League status, and they should be well backed by their home fans in this one. Bournemouth meanwhile continue to punch above their weight and recent results and performances have been excellent. This one could be chaotic, and a score draw feels like the value punt.
2-2 Draw
—
Manchester City ($1.50)
Newcastle United ($7.25)
Draw ($5.40)
All eyes are now on Manchester City, as they look to push on with their Premier League title bid against Newcastle. City haven’t been fully at the races this term, but their young squad is beginning to assemble under Pep Guardiola, and they should be bang up for this one. Newcastle meanwhile come into this one fresh off the back of three excellent away wins, in three different competitions and they should be bang up for challenging City here. Goals feel on the agenda in East Manchester and this one could be a very good watch for the neutral.
2-2 Draw
—
Crystal Palace ($1.55)
Wolves ($7.00)
Draw ($4.33)
It has been a tough few weeks for Crystal Palace, who squandered a two-goal advantage against Burnley last time out and they need a win here at home to Wolves. The Eagles look set for a big summer shake up but for the time being, picking up precious Premier League points feels key. Wolves meanwhile have managed two consecutive draws against Nottingham Forest and Arsenal and should have some confidence here as a result. Palace though should manage to win this one at home.
Crystal Palace to win 2-1
—
Sunderland ($2.70)
Fulham ($2.80)
Draw ($3.50)
Two sides that have enjoyed decent seasons meet here, as Sunderland host Fulham at the Stadium of Light. The Black Cats saw their unbeaten home record go up in smoke against Liverpool last time out, but they have been good value for their top half league position, and they will be eager to bounce quickly in this one. Fulham meanwhile marched on in the FA Cup at Stoke City and are in a relatively strong position under Marco Silva. That said, they have struggled on the road all season and Sunderland could prevail here.
Sunderland to win 2-1
—
Nottingham Forest ($4.50)
Liverpool ($1.75)
Draw ($4.00)
Nottingham Forest welcome Vitor Pereira into the dugout for the first time, as the Tricky Trees host Liverpool at the City Ground. Forest are onto their fourth manager of the season and need some consistency in results and performance if they are to survive the drop this term. Liverpool meanwhile are in decent nick, having progressed in the FA Cup and they will be eying up more silverware this term. The reds lost to Forest earlier in the season and they should get some revenge on the road in this one.
Liverpool to win 3-1
—
Tottenham ($6.50)
Arsenal ($1.60)
Draw ($4.20)
The North London derby always hits home but this should be a classic between Spurs and Arsenal here. Igor Tudor is the new man in charge at Tottenham and how he could endear himself to the Spurs support with a result here against arch rivals Arsenal. There is plenty of doom and gloom surrounding Arsenal at the moment, but they are still the side to beat in the Premier League title race, and they continue to fight on four fronts. Fine margins often define big games like this, and Arsenal should find a way to come through this test.
Arsenal to win 2-1
—
Everton ($3.70)
Manchester United ($2.00)
Draw ($3.40)
Home form continues to elude Everton this season and next up to visit the Hill Dickinson are Manchester United. The Toffees have been in decent form this term and are nowhere near the relegation conversation, but David Moyes will want more consistency from his troops. For Manchester United, this feels like a game they need to win, having dropped points at West Ham last time out. This will be cagey and tight but United should turn on the style and prevail here.
Manchester United to win 2-1
